Creating Accessories – A 3D Exploration of Wearable Art!

In this project, we’ll explore the exciting world of wearable art by designing and creating unique fashion accessories using a variety of materials like polymer clay, air-dry clay, wire, beads, fabric, and miniature paintings under glass (cabochons). You’ll learn techniques such as clay forming, wire wrapping, beading, texturing, and sealing as you move through hands-on stations and experiment with combining materials. Your goal is to design and craft your own original accessory that reflects creativity, skill, and personal style. At the end of the unit, you’ll present your finished piece and write a short paragraph describing your creative process, materials, and artistic choices.
